Our events are designed to take the audience on a journey to create a measurable mindset shift and client’s positive return on investment – we set out to change the way people think and feel about brands through creating unique experiences.

We don’t just supply you with the massive light shows, visual effects and the latest big screen technology for the sake of it. We are passionate about your event flow, and always make sure that the objective for your event is met and your message is well received, using whatever resources are appropriate.

Kemi Fatoki, Executive Assistant to the CEO

Behind Kemi’s bright smile and easygoing demeanour is a hard working, passionate business administrator who ensures all company needs are met in an organised and timely manner and the CEO stays sane with all the madness!

When Kemi is not working, she is listening to music, watching a movie, reading a book or planning her next trip around the world.

Funmi Victor-Okigbo, CEO/Production Designer

With a background in mathematics and architecture Funmi Victor-Okigbo or “FVO” as she’s called by friends, blends precision with creativity to produce the most extraordinary events for her clients.

Her personality is aptly expressed in her style as this mother of one always seems to awe people with her dress sense. Her heart is almost as big as her hair. A born leader, FVO creates a sense of family and belonging around her staff and tends to bring out the best in her people.

Her intelligence and abilities far surpasses her core area of business today. Watch this space people… this phenomenon is yet to be unveiled!

Funmbi Oyebolu, Event Officer

“A Certain La Funmbi” as she is fondly called is a certified workaholic, efficient, friendly and assertive. You will usually find her on site chasing up suppliers and making a million phone calls!

A graduate of Economics from Covenant University, Funmbi enjoys reading and hanging out with friends. She has a passion for events and is a favourite among our clients, we suspect her beautiful smile and good interpersonal skills has a lot to do with it.

Kunmi Ariyo, Talent coordinator/Admin executive

Kunmi is the ‘Mr Fix it’ in No Surprises, he handles all human resources and admin issues.

A graduate of Economics, he is very passionate about his job, detailed, focused and determined to make things work.

His interpersonal skills are an asset to the No Surprises team especially when things get crazy on site.

Kunmi loves music, movies and hanging out with friends.

Nkemji Ojiji, Key Account Executive

A graduate of English Language, Nkem or ‘Kemji as she is fondly called, is vivacious, free-spirited and full of positive energy.

Her first love lies in the world of the arts and she spends all her spare time reading and writing.

She works with the team to identify leads and generate new businesses, her wit and love for talking has worked well in her favour to make her a client favourite.

Olumide Fayakin, Production Officer

Olumide provides onsite support to the technical crew and his hard work and dedication is an asset on the field during event execution.

With a background Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, he loves the challenge of achieving the impossible and always has a solution to every problem.

Olumide is crazy about 3 things food, football and events!

Sandra Patrick-Onuh, Business Development Officer

Having worked in marketing, relationship management and sales, Sandra is more than ready for her role as she is perfectly placed to understand a client’s needs.

Xorra as she is fondly called has established herself as the queen of social media and is the best person for the job when it comes to new media in No Surprises. She is an extrovert, loves to dance and has an eclectic taste in music; from Soul and R&B to Indie Rock and Jazz.
